Our client is an independent expert consultancy with a smart skillset and pragmatic approaches to advice and enable customers to deliver their digital projects successfully. The international team of experienced, charming and motivated professionals has a very strong footprint in Salesforce technology but focuses on best of breed strategies.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation based on the customer’s business requirements;
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements;
Know how transfer from technical perspective to business perspective (Business Analysts, Consultants);
Review existing solutions and recommend improvements;
Have a keen eye for non-functional requirements of systems like: performance, security, scalability, data integrity, maintainability, reliability, resilience;
Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions;
Provide hands-on approach to coding and configuration;
Conduct code reviews and provide valuable feedback;
Coordination of developers regarding task definition, schedule, quality aspects;
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes;
Provide guidance on user story writing style;
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story;
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications;
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing;
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce and related technologies.

Participation in the organizational development:

Support of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives;
Participation in recruiting and selection of new employees;
Participation in the expansion of strategic areas of competence (know-how, best practices, offering, customer acquisition).

Requirements:

Training:

Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / other relevant field;
Professional experience in the relevant area;
Management experience is an advantage.

Salesforce specialist knowledge:

Experience in Salesforce projects;
Expert No-Coder and Pro-Coder using Salesforce native platform;
Good knowledge of the Salesforce architecture and products;
Knowledge of integration patterns and some integration/BI products (Mulesoft, Tableau);
Salesforce certifications (admin, developer, architect), further certifications are advantageous;
Able to build up know how in new technologies and transfer it into practice;
High communication skills in order to transfer technical facts to business (Business Analysts, Consultants).

BI, Machine Learning knowledge (optional but highly appreciated):

Theoretical knowledge of ML models (Prediction, ANN, DL);
Knowledge on the relevant math topics (Linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics);
TensorFlow, MXNet, PyTorch, OpenCV, various Python ML libraries is highly appreciated / desirable;
Knowledge of AWS Services.
