We’re looking for an experimented HR Generalist with a good understanding of Romanian specific law labor activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, is familiar with labor law and looking to kickstart or develop his career in the field.



  • Fill in hire-to-retire documents and register them with Revisal and Reges applications;
  • Assist with employee onboarding and help different departments with training initiatives;
  • Ensure employee records are up to date and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
  • Assist in HR policies development;
  • Support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Prepare reports for HR manager and assist with any queries.


  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems will be a plus;
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking;
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Aptitude in problem-solvin
