Tasks and responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Organization and implementation of scoping and detailed analysis workshops in Salesforce and non-Salesforce projects;
Requirements engineering over the entire project lifecycle;
Advisory on Salesforce standard;
Support for implementations from the BA perspective (e.g. user interface, integrations).

Customer enablement:

Training and coaching for various roles in the customer organization;
Advisory for customers for the business organization of Salesforce systems;
Advisory for customers on the use of innovative technologies with a focus on AI;
Interim management in project roles: Business analyst, project manager;
Advising customers to increase user adoption.

Project delivery:

Cooperation with technical architect / developers during the implementation;
„Hands on” configuration in the declarative area of Salesforce.

Participation in the organizational development:

Support of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives;
Participation in recruiting and selection of new employees;
Participation in the expansion of strategic areas of competence (know-how, best practices, offering, customer acquisition);
Participation in the expansion of strategic areas of competence (know-how, best practices, offering, customer acquisition).


Professional experience in the relevant area;
Experience in Salesforce projects;
Expert knowledge in configuration of Salesforce on a declarative level;
Good knowledge of the Salesforce architecture and products;
Methods in requirements management in the context of Salesforce and Salesforce independently;
Methods and procedures in UAT Testing;
Methods and procedures Customer Enablement / Customer Training;
Organization and assessment of effort estimations and offer calculations;
Project planning, control and monitoring in an agile environment;
Quality assurance in project management;
Experience/knowledge in business processes;
Sales processes, service processes, marketing processes;
Experience in the use of AI in sales and service processes;
Industry experience (T – Model).
