Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager in Ardud (SM), for a furniture manufacturing company, a premium Romanian brand.
The person we are looking for must have experience in a similar position. She will be responsible for the entire production process, but also for the development of the team and activities.

Responsibilities:
- production planning and management;
-coordinating the activity of over 20 people;
- ensuring the quality standard;
-reporting and daily collaboration with the General Director.

Requirements:
- you have managerial skills and abilities in the production activity;
- you are an Engineer (it is not a condition) and you have solid technical skills;
- you are a communicative, receptive, conciliatory and flexible person.
