Job Description
We are looking for a Operational Administrative Specialist, for a company producing interior doors and related accessories. The company's objective is to make parts according to world trends, promoting products that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and updating the necessary documentation for operational processes and internal procedures;
-Providing support to the management team in making operational reports and analyses;
- Close collaboration with the production department to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
-Monitoring and reporting operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency;
- Traveling to different institutions to obtain the necessary authorizations;
-Participation in special projects and strategic initiatives of the company, providing support in their implementation and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
-Good organizational and time management skills;
-Knowledge of the MS Office package;
- Intermediate level English;
-Driving license category B.
