Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Planner, for a company producing interior doors and related accessories. The company's objective is to make parts according to world trends, promoting products that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
-Receiving and sending orders to production;
-Planning and tracking deliveries to customers;
-Inventory and stock management, tracking inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities to avoid shortages and surpluses;
-Working closely with the production department to plan and schedule production operations according to transportation and distribution requirements;
-Communicating with suppliers and carriers to organize and coordinate the transport of materials and products, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and standards;
-Preparing and updating the necessary documentation for logistics processes, including transport documents, invoices and other relevant records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Intermediate level English;
-Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects and requirements;
-Ability to work to deadlines and resolve issues quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
