Job Description
We are looking for a Manager of Information Technology, for our client in the healthcare industry, which improves the lives of patients by making it easier for them to adopt and maintain cutting-edge SaaS technologies.
You will lead the IT department by overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of our IT systems to ensure the effective operation of our fully cloud-based infrastructure.
Responsibilities
-Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies;
-Systems Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud systems architecture to support operations, including Office365, Azure AD, Slack, Zoom, Box, Atlassian, HubSpot, Smartsheet;
-Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our cloud-based systems;
-Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants;
-IT Security: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect data, networks, and systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities;
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from conception to completion;
- Budgeting and cost control;
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT risks.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
-Office365 or Azure certification(s) is a plus;
- Progressive experience in IT leadership roles;
-Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex IT systems and infrastructure, including Single Sign-On and SCIM provisioning;
-Experience with Office365, Azure AD, Carbon Black Cloud, KnowBe4 PhishER & Netskope;
-Experience with MDM software (Workspace One UEM preferably) and zero-touch deployment solutions;
-Experience with managing hybrid (MacOS and Windows) device infrastructure;
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at
all levels.
